**Returns Policy**

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Salty Straps. If you're not entirely happy with your item, we're here to help.

**30-Day Return Policy**
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

**How to Initiate a Return**
To start a return, please contact us at If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and items marked as final sale or gift cards. If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please reach out to us.

If you need to exchange an item, the quickest way to do so is to return the item you have and place a new order for the item you want. Once your return is accepted and processed, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

**European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period**
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply as for our standard return policy.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
